Every operator in this region has had the same conversation: a good chef or senior guide is poached, and nobody knows what the market rate actually is because no one publishes it. This survey builds that number.

Read this before you answer — we know pay data is sensitive.
• We ask for bands, never exact salaries, and never for an individual's pay.
• We do not ask for your property's name, and there is no hidden field capturing it.
• Results are published as ranges by role, country and property size only.
• If fewer than eight properties answer for a given role-and-market cell, we do not publish that cell — that is the threshold at which a band starts to identify individual employers.
• Nothing is shared with any tourism board, association, recruiter or other operator.
